Coating width 200–2000 mm, transverse consistency ±0.5%. Compatible with gap, continuous, ceramic and double-layer coating processes
Notching Knives
Flatness, parallelism and straightness all within 2 μm. Surface roughness Ra 0.1 μm, hardness 58–62 HRC. Clean, burr-free cuts for precise electrode production
Measurement Gauges
X-ray, β-ray, laser and optical measurement technologies. X-ray repeatability ±0.03 g/m², full-width 100% cross-web coverage with automatic closed-loop adjustment
CCD Vision Inspection Systems
Detects and classifies surface defects, edge irregularities and burrs at speeds up to 120 m/min. Classification accuracy ≥ 98%, with full defect traceability and real-time process feedback.
ArguSmart Software
Zero-code inspection and closed-loop control platform. Integrates with gauges and slot dies for fully automated process control, with live monitoring and AI-enhanced defect detection.
